Sản lượng ngành khai khoáng ÚC sẽ tăng trong 5 năm tới

Mặc dù kinh tế ÚC hiện đang phải đối mặt với nhiều khó khăn và ngành mỏ đã lâm vào tình trạng mật kiểm soát từ 2 năm trước khi dòng tiền đổ mạnh vào ngành công nghiệp này, nhưng khai thác khoáng sản vẫn là một trong thế mạnh của kinh tế Úc.

Theo  báo cáo mới nhất do công ty dự đoán kinh tế BIS Shrapnel cho thấy, sản lượng của ngành khai khoáng ước tính sẽ tăng 41% trong vòng 5 năm tới và  đóng góp 18,7% lên 20% GDP của Úc.

Ông Jock O'Callaghan, người đứng đầu của bộ phận khai khoáng cho biết những công ty khai khoáng cỡ trung bình đã và đang là mục tiêu mà các công  ty lớn tìm cách sát nhập để giảm tối thiểu chi phí nham nâng cao tính cạnh tranh.

Giảm thiểu chi phí xây dựng hạ tầng cơ sở là điều thực sự cần thiết.           Australia is on the list of the countries with the highest housing prices, though it has been known as the seventh largest country in the world.

The Australian housing market is rising uncontrollably, especially in large cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra.

One of the main reasons is that the State Government has less investment of public land to build more homes for the residents. More than 80% of Australians live in coastal cities but there’s not much land to build houses there. People just love to flock to places where they can easily find a job, close to office buildings and their friends. That makes housing prices in Sydney become more expensive.
